Recently my wife and I got away for a few days. We went to Little Gasparilla Isand just north of Fort Myers. We had an amazing time together. We missed Liv like crazy but it was great for us to spend some quality time together, especially in light of the new baby in Heather's belly. The island is perfect because there is literally nothing to do there. There are no roads, no cars, no restaurants, you get there by boat! I am confident of this... I married the woman of my dreams. There is nothing better than just being with this woman, we walked on the beach, road around in a golf cart, and took a boat back over to the mainland to catch dinner one night. I hope Little Gasparilla is a spot that we can continue to visit in the future together. We have some friends that own a place there that were kind enough to let us stay there for free! The crazy thing is, the house that we stayed in is the very place that I proposed to Heather over 4 years ago.
